Your role centers on three key areas : creating investor dashboards that keep shareholders informed and engaged, enabling secondary market transactions through our PSTX platform and OTC sales, and managing corporate actions from dividends to employee stock options. By improving transparency and communication, your products help build the trust that makes private market investing more attractive to both companies seeking capital and investors seeking opportunities.
