About the Role

Are you passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals? We are looking for a

dynamic and results-driven Personal Banker Mortgage

to join our

Retail Banking team for Northern Region (Penang & Kedah) . In this role, as a Mortgage Sales Consultant, your core focus will be to drive sales growth, manage key relationships, and ensure strict compliance across all activities. What you will be doing

Achieve Financial Targets :

Meet or exceed your personal sales targets, including a minimum sales productivity of

RM 2.5 million per month

in mortgage loans, and maintain an

80% penetration rate for Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance (MRTA) . Drive Business Development :

Service and strengthen crucial business relationships with external partners, including

developers, lawyers, valuers, and real estate agents . Ensure Compliance and Risk Management :

Maintain rigorous adherence to all internal policies, external regulatory standards (Legal / ML-KYC), and Credit Policies. This includes exercising diligence on

Money Laundering (ML) and Know Your Customer (KYC)

requirements, verifying the

originality of all customer income documents , and conducting mandatory

face-to-face customer interviews . What we're looking for

Degree or Diploma

holder. At least

2 years of experience , preferably with

Mortgage

products in any Financial Institution (FI). A pleasant personality with excellent

verbal and written communication skills . Strong

interpersonal and relationship-building skills . Possession of the

PCE and TBE

and any other relevant licenses required for the portfolio. Must be
