We’re looking for a motivated Personal Assistant (Accounting) to support our CEO and CFO. This position offers direct guidance from our Financial Controller, giving you hands-on exposure to company accounting, finance operations, and real business management. Perfect for fresh graduates or junior executives who are eager to learn and grow.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist CEO / CFO in preparing and monitoring company financial reports
- Handle full sets of company accounts and perform monthly updates
- Maintain chart of accounts, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on billing, payment, and financial documents
- Handle SST matters, filing, and document organization
- Support management with project-related reporting and analysis
- Coordinate with the Financial Controller to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines
