Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Regional Regulatory Affairs team across Southeast Asia, while also serving as the Country Regulatory Manager for Malaysia and the Philippines.
• Ensure licenses to operate in both countries are maintained and compliant with local regulations.
• Develop and execute the regulatory strategy for the Southeast Asia pipeline and portfolio, supporting business growth through sustainable stewardship practices such as safe label use.
• Attract, develop, and retain talent within the regulatory team to ensure long‑term success and compliance.
• Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers and act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and third‑party partners for registration and defense strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align regulatory plans with business goals.
• Monitor and interpret local regulatory trends, providing early warnings and insights to adapt strategies and maintain compliance and competitiveness.
• Represent Envu in key industry groups and forums to influence and stay ahead of regulatory developments.
