We're Hiring : Junior E-Commerce Officer
We are seeking for a Junior E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales platforms and drive digital growth. If you have experience in e-commerce operations and a passion for online sales, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing product listing across e-commerce platforms ( Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and our website.
- Update product information, pricing, and inventory in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support in planning and execution online promotions, campaigns, and sales activities.
- Monitor daily orders, coordinate with the logistic team, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries / messages on e-commerce platforms professionally.
- Stay updated on latest e-commerce and digital trends.
