Develop and establish new business opportunities with potential customers in the assigned territory / sectors and with designated / named target accounts. Conduct regular sales calls and client visits in line with KPIs, and record all visit reports promptly in the Sales System (MS Dynamics). Prepare GP and volume projections, along with short- and long-term action plans, to achieve sales targets. Execute the sales process, including pipeline management and sales cycle reporting in the CRM system (MS Dynamics). Maintain accurate client and target information in the CRM system, ensuring effective customer relationship management. Collaborate with internal sales resources and subject matter experts (e.g., Vertical Managers, Trade Lane Managers, product teams) to maximize closing ratios. Meet or exceed monthly productivity targets. Ensure smooth client onboarding and integration by working closely with operations teams during implementation. Support Finance in achieving desired DSO targets for the assigned customer portfolio. Continuously maintain and enhance knowledge of company products by attending and completing all required training. Qualifications

Self-motivated and disciplined with strong organizational skills. Ability to effectively manage cross-functional interfaces. Strong planning, organizing, execution, and goal-setting abilities. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Sound decision-making skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong administrative skills with a customer-focused mindset. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach. 2–3 years of related sales or business development experience.
