Job Description
Identify and target potential clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Market ResearchConduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Monitor competitors activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Recruitment CoordinationCollaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placement of candidates.
Provide clients with regular updates on the recruitment process and candidate status.Reporting and DocumentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.Networking and EventsAttend industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to promote the agency and expand professional networks.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.Job Requirements
1. Required Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the recruitment industry or a similar field.Skills :Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Good understanding of recruitment processes and market dynamics.Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications :Experience in a recruitment agency or human resources environment.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Personal Attributes :Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
High level of professionalism and integrity.Strong problem-solving abilities.Adaptable and resilient under pressure.2. Working Conditions
