Overview
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Director to lead our Creative Department. This is a senior leadership role where you will oversee all creative development, from initial strategy and pitching to final execution and performance analysis. You will be the guardian of creative excellence, ensuring all output is innovative, high-quality, and delivers measurable results that elevate our clients' brand performance across both digital and physical channels.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Pitching : Analyze client brands and craft compelling strategic and creative directions. Lead the preparation and presentation of creative proposals to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Content, E-Commerce, Influencer, Tech) to ensure creative alignment and integrated strategies.
- Creative Management & Oversight (Integrated Focus) : Lead and oversee all creative work, including marketing collateral and campaign visuals, ensuring strong execution across digital, social, on-ground, and event-based campaigns. Direct the Production Team to ensure creative output meets client goals, brand values, budgets, and deadlines. Specifically manage and approve creative for offline assets such as Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising, and event activations. Continuously assess the effectiveness of creative deliverables and propose improvements for enhanced performance and conversion.
- Performance & Client Success : Partner with strategists across departments to assess creative performance and drive initiatives to enhance quality. Monitor deliverables to ensure timelines are met and support client retention through strong creative standards and results. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the Creative Team’s performance and workload. Lead the recruitment and development of the team, ensuring they achieve KPIs related to conversion, client retention, and sales growth.
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Haves
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Design, Art, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital media or an agency environment.Proven experience in creative / art direction, pitching, proposal development, and client presentations.Demonstrable experience leading creative campaigns for both digital platforms and physical activations (events, POSM, OOH, print).In-depth understanding of advertising, branding, and marketing strategies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.A strategic thinker with urgency and strong problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills
Strong background in team leadership (Creative or Production teams).Experience in photography and video production.Proficiency in Mandarin.A sharp eye for high-quality visual design and strong presentation skills.Details
