We are partnering with a leading MNC that specializes in Greentech and renewable energy. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Production Supervisor as part of their strategic growth.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets for quantity, quality, and delivery are consistently met.
• Supervise and coordinate production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage materials, inventory, and production resources to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure machinery and equipment are well‑maintained and operational.
• Prepare production reports, track KPIs, and communicate performance updates to management.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
