AI Solutions Engineer

who thrives at the intersection of

AI, UX, and engineering

—someone who can bridge design thinking, backend systems, and no-code / low-code tools to bring powerful, user-friendly AI products to life.

What You'll Do :

Shape UX & Research

: Partner with designers to turn user needs into clear flows, prototypes, and delightful AI experiences. Test, iterate, and document so everything feels seamless.

Support Product Engineering

: Troubleshoot issues, integrate AI models, and optimize performance within our systems.

Build Backend Systems

: Write clean, maintainable backend code and collaborate with engineers on scalable AI-driven software.

Learn & Grow

: Sharpen your fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and design patterns through active participation in reviews and discussions.

Collaborate Across Teams

: Work with data scientists, researchers, and UX designers to ensure AI features feel both smart and intuitive.

Document & Deliver

: Keep development, integrations, and research outcomes organized and transparent. Contribute actively in sprints and team discussions.

Develop AI Agents

: Help design and orchestrate AI agents to automate tasks, build decision logic, and enhance user experiences.

Use No-Code Tools

: Leverage platforms like n8n, Flowise, and Botpress to prototype workflows and chatbots quickly—without sacrificing quality.

What We're Looking For :

Solid foundation in software development principles (algorithms, data structures, clean code).

Some experience in backend development (Python, , or similar).

Familiarity with AI model integration or willingness to learn quickly.

A collaborative spirit—comfortable working with designers, operations, and engineers.

Interest in no-code / low-code tools for rapid prototyping and workflow automation.

Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving AI environment.
