  • Role Overview

    Mesinkira Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven and strategic Special Project Sales Executive to spearhead our outreach to government agencies and banks, promoting our cutting-edge financial services software solutions.

    This role demands a proactive sales professional who can identify high-potential prospects, craft compelling sales pitches, and guide clients through the full sales cycle — from initial engagement to successful deal closure.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Prospect Identification :

    • Research and identify suitable government agencies / banks that align with our product offerings and strategic goals.
    • Prepare tailored, comprehensive sales presentations that address the unique needs and challenges of each agency / bank.
    • Initiate contact with decision-makers, schedule meetings, and manage calendars to ensure timely follow-ups.
    • 2. Managing partners

    • Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations, highlighting key features, benefits, and ROI.
    • Maintain regular communication with prospects, track progress, and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
    • Negotiate terms, address objections, and finalize agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
    • 3. Market Intelligence

    • Stay informed on government / bank procurement trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
    • Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (mandatory)
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or financial services
    • Proven success in consultative selling and closing complex deals
    • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Familiarity with government / bank procurement processes is a plus
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
