Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns & activities planned by the management.
  • Coordinate with photographers, designers, influencers & vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Take product detail photos, edit and upload to website & social media platforms.
  • Manage and update online store content (Shopify & Instagram).
  • Draft simple captions, product descriptions & help schedule posts.
  • Handle marketing admin tasks : prepare quotations, maintain marketing files & records.
  • Assist in preparing sales & marketing performance reports.
  • Support in organizing in-store events or online campaigns.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply (training will be provided).
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese is an advantage).
  • Familiar with Instagram / Facebook / TikTok basic posting.
  • Basic skills in Canva or simple photo editing apps.
  • Team player, organized, able to meet deadlines & multi-task.
