Executive / Senior Executive, Career Services

Responsibilities

To support INTI in achieving its financial goal through building strong relationships with industry partners and alumni and generating enrollment numbers from collaborations with industry partners,

Provide programs counseling and educate prospects from the working professional segment on working adults.

Coordinate collaboration meetings with industry partners and develop pipelines through corporate engagement, workshops and preview sessions.

Organize or assist in organizing the working professional preview sessions in the aim of increasing enrollment.

Drive sales and marketing activities in the aim of delivering target.

Provide a positive and superior counseling experience professionally.

Demonstrate strong team relationship and work with all CS team members collaboratively and support each other within Career Services, WAP and Alumni Unit.

Achieve given sales target within cycle.

Perform other Career Services and Alumni Unit related office administrative jobs assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent discipline.

Preferred candidates with relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidate with 2-3 years of related working experience is preferred for senior role.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong administrative, multi-tasking and time-management abilities

Proficient in Microsoft office

Experience in handling events and activities will be an added advantage
