  • Lead requirement studies and map business processes
  • Translate business needs into functional & technical specs
  • Design system architecture and provide technical leadership
  • Manage and mentor the development team
  • Contribute to coding, reviews, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
  • Collaborate with project managers, business users & IT teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
  • 5+ years’ software development experience (2+ years in leadership)
  • Strong in system analysis, process mapping, and design
  • Solid understanding of SDLC & project methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    • Bonus Points If You Have

  • ERP / MRP or large-scale business app experience
  • Knowledge of Vue.js, React, or Nuxt.js
  • Familiarity with GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket
  • Exposure to Power BI, Python, AWS / Azure / GCP
