Job descriptionBachelor's degree with 2+ years of talent acquisition or HR experience. Proficient in ATS systems and skilled in sourcing via LinkedIn and job boards. Strong understanding of employment law and best hiring practices; excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Create and post job descriptions, source candidates, and screen resumes and conduct interviews. Coordinate interviews, manage ATS pipelines, and oversee offer negotiations and pre-employment steps. Track key recruiting metrics, build external partnerships, and ensure compliance and strong employer branding. Are you comfortable with contract position? What is your expected salary? Job Scope :
- Partner with hiring managers to align on current and future staffing needs.
- Develop and post job descriptions across job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates via databases, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews, coordinating with hiring teams as needed.
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS and oversee offer negotiations and onboarding steps.
- Track recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with labor laws and hiring best practices.
