About the Role :

We are hiring on behalf of a leading regional insurer for an experienced IT Finance Manager to join their Group IT function based in Kuala Lumpur . This role is critical in managing vendor financials, tracking spend across strategic IT partners (Kyndryl, BT, Microsoft), and supporting Group-wide IT financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

Track and analyze spending across top strategic vendors (Kyndryl, BT, Microsoft)

Manage billing validation, credit notes, and vendor rebates

Support Group-wide reporting on BU IT expenses

Drive improvements in data automation and dashboard reporting (Power BI preferred)

Collaborate with internal finance and vendor stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Requirements :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within IT or infrastructure-related services
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
• Strong experience in spend tracking, invoice validation, and vendor management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
