Job Requirements

  • Assist in digital transformation projects by providing support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, and assist in managing project scope, risks, and issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and in the development of digital solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Participate in monitoring project progress and provide updates to relevant parties, escalating issues as needed.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, and support in implementing corrective measures.
  • Develop digital forms as and when needed across companies’ entities.
  • Contribute to ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and assist in maintaining documentation.
  • Support the establishment and maintenance of project management processes and standards, ensuring compliance among project team members.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project management or related roles, preferably involving digital transformation projects.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles, with some experience in developing digital project plans, managing timelines, and identifying project risks and issues.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different levels.
  • Familiarity with digital technologies such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, basic coding or robotic process automation is advantageous.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM) or willingness to pursue such certification is a plus.
