Executive - Group Assurance & Advisory
- To execute internal audit plan for the subsidiaries of the group based on the annual audit plan
- To conduct follow-up audits on critical issues identified in earlier audits
- To ensure corrective actions have been taken accordingly
- To be responsible for controlling overall audit assignments at various stages of planning, fieldwork, reporting and follow-up to ensure efficient and timely completion of assignments
- To support day-to-day departmental administrative functions
- To perform research and analyze financial statements and audit related issues
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary on an ad-hoc basis
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting / Finance
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in external or internal audit
- Exposure in manufacturing / construction industry will be an added advantage
- Possess good interpersonal skills and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia / English
- Good in report writing, self-starter and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Able to work independently, meticulously, with attention to detail and is willing to travel
Executive - Finance (GL & Reporting)
To prepare monthly management accounting reports and ensure transactions made in the books are accurate, correct and completeTo prepare and analyze income statements and balance sheet listingTo prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation including inter-company transactionsTo prepare monthly tax computation including maintaining accurate tax schedulesTo compile divisional data for monthly / quarterly / yearly reporting as well annual budgetingTo prepare recurrent related party’s transactions on a monthly / quarterly basisTo liaise with both external and internal auditors and is responsible to resolve issues highlightedTo prepare quarterly deferred tax computationTo perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary on an ad-hoc basisCandidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalentMinimum 2 years of commercial experienceAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesA committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skillsAlertness and attention to detail, proactive, has multi-task abilities and accountabilityHigh integrity and is able to work independentlyExecutive - Sales & Admin / Finance Support (Accounts Receivable / Sales)
To prepare sales orders based on customer purchase ordersTo provide administrative support to Sales & Marketing personnelTo issue correspondence letters whenever necessaryTo discuss and liaise with planner and / or production team on production schedulesTo maintain outstanding customer order listingTo follow up with customers for paymentTo liaise with logistic or transport department on delivery schedulesTo perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary on an ad-hoc basisCandidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Post Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Business Administration or equivalentMinimum 2 years of related experienceAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesA committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skillsAlertness and attention to detail, proactive, has multi-task abilities and accountabilityHigh integrity and is able to work independentlyAssistant - General Admin / Clerk

To handle and manage equipment installation and preventive maintenanceTo attend to breakdown issues at the siteTo liaise with multiple departments on maintenance work progressTo plan and perform daily planned maintenance work and spare part managementTo be involve in the checking, repairing and servicing of machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures in the plantAd-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to timeCandidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Electrical (Power) / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or any related fieldFamiliarity with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) will be an added advantageMust be able to work under pressure in a dusty and hot environmentMight be required to work in shift rotation / on call dutyGood management skillsExecutive – Logistics Services
To coordinate and monitor, including maintenance schedule and arrangement of vehicleTo control the cost of vehicle operations and drive cost saving operationsTo support all users’ requirements and fulfilment for vehicle operationsTo ensure on-time Vehicle Operation Report submission to the payment teamTo manage vehicle drivers’ discipline and duty rosterTo support ad-hoc matters and urgent tasksCandidate must possess at least a Diploma in any related fieldPossess knowledge in using a computer to plan and arrange all vehicle operationsExecutive – IS & T (Application)
To be involved in project studies and their implementationTo be responsible for software development tasks in various software development life cycle phases, including the study, analysis, design, coding, testing, support and documentation of softwareTo conduct research, propose and develop solution(s) for business applications and change requestsTo provide tier – 2 support to solve technical issues, including fact finding, analysis and providing solution(s) to ensure all reported issues are solvedTo be responsible for report creation and modificationCandidate must possess at least a Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalentPossess programming skills and is knowledgeable in database design and management (Microsoft SQL & MySQL)Executive – Account Payable
To perform data entry of vendors payment, staff claim, inter-company payment, etc.To perform promptly posting of payments and journals into system and ensure documentation is collected in proper mannerTo perform bank reconciliation to ensure all bank transactions are captured appropriately in the accountsTo reconcile statement of account from vendor to the payable aging reportTo liaise with vendors on invoice queries and payment scheduleTo prepare month end report and analysisCandidate must possess at least a Degree in AccountingAt least 2 years of working experience in account payable functionExecutive – Finance Reporting
To prepare monthly / quarterly / annual closing of financial statement for both internal and external reporting purpose in accordance to statutory requirementsTo prepare corporate tax computation and deferred tax provisionsTo prepare budgets, projections and consolidated financial statementsTo manage property related insurance claimsTo support any duties related to finance function from time to timeCandidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalentAt least 2 years of working experience in Audit / Taxation is requiredProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in ExcelExecutive – General Procurement
