Job description

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Others Field
  • Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience in developer / project management / property and construction
  • Preferably Director specializing in Construction / Property or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese language for both spoken and written
  • Excellent in MS Excel & MS Powerpoint

Job Description :

  • Responsible in planning, implementation & closure of project cycle.
  • Liaising with consultants and contractors to manage daily activities such as monitoring site progress, overseeing project implementation, conducting quality checks, resolving discrepancies and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Lead of the projects stage billing by ensuring a healthy cashflow for the all projects.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to project status.
  • Plan and monitor the overall execution of project management to be within allocated budget, cost and time with the right quality and performance.
  • Monitor overall progress of works, work program, resource plan with agreed timeline and monitor submission of all items for handing over works.
  • Liaise with contractors, authorities and project consultants on all technical, QA / QC and day-to-day operations to ensure conformance to project quality plan and specifications.
  • Liaise with authorities, consultants and contractor to obtain all the necessary documents for CCC and VP
  • Assist to manage defect rectification during Defect Liability Period (DLP) and ensure the defect resolved within agreed timeframe.
  • And ad-hoc task assigned by superiors from time to time
