RETAIL ASSISTANT (AREA - CHERAS, PUCHONG, SETAPAK & KEPONG)

We are searching for an enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our growing team at AC CAKE HOUSE (M) SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our retail stores in the Cheras, Puchong, Setapak and Kepong areas. This is a full-time position, offering you the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and customer-focused company.

Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers
Assisting with the daily operations of the retail store, including cashier duties, stock management, and merchandising
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the store
Answering customer inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly and efficiently
Collaborating with the store management team to implement sales strategies and promotions
Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a safe work environment

Requirements

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for providing a great shopping experience

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
