Klinik Suppayah Falim is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinic Assistant to join our team in Falim, Perak. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our medical clinic. As the Clinic Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and clinical tasks that are essential to providing high-quality patient care.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and checking-in patients, managing the clinic's reception and waiting area
  • Scheduling appointments, managing medical records and inventory
  • Assisting the clinic's medical staff with various clinical tasks as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming environment within the clinic
  • Providing excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
  • Handling telephone inquiries and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the clinic

What we're looking for

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic medical knowledge and understanding of clinic procedures and protocols
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Previous experience as a clinic or medical office assistant is highly desirable
