What you'll be doing

  • Drive sales : Implement strategies to meet annual profit goals and drive sales growth.
  • Account management : Cultivate long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Business development : Understand customer procurement processes and buying cycles to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Proposal preparation : Prepare accurate commercial proposals and quotations for enterprise customers.
  • Lead tender strategies : Lead tender strategies and participate in winning proposals, evaluating third-party solutions for competitive bids.
  • Meeting arrangements : Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and maintain detailed minutes of meetings with customers.
  • Feedback and support : Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales team oversight : Oversee sales team\'s performance and ensure targets are met.
  • Networking : Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to expand professional network and promote the company.
  • Reporting : Keep track of sales and provide necessary reports.
  • Ad hoc tasks : Handle any other ad hoc matters as instructed by your direct supervisor.

  • Education : Possess a diploma or bachelor\'s degree in ICT, Marketing, Management, GIS, or related field.
  • Experience : Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in GIS / ICT industry.

  • Sales experience : Sales experience related to GIS-based solutions to electric or telco utilities is a plus.
