Job description

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school SPM; a Diploma in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker needed.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and responding to inquiries.
  • Establish and maintain a well-structured filing and documentation system.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and distribute reports to relevant departments.
  • Providing front desk support, customer service support, including responding to inquiries and assisting clients
  • Assisting with the organisation and execution of company events and functions
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required to support the overall business operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to manage stock and deliveries.
