Requirements
- Minimum of a high school SPM; a Diploma in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker needed.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and responding to inquiries.Establish and maintain a well-structured filing and documentation system.Prepare, consolidate, and distribute reports to relevant departments.Providing front desk support, customer service support, including responding to inquiries and assisting clientsAssisting with the organisation and execution of company events and functionsPerforming other ad-hoc duties as required to support the overall business operationsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to manage stock and deliveries.Benefits
