Overview

Assist the equipment sales team by providing technical information, product specifications, and support during the sales process. Provide presentations of building solutions to customers, highlighting technical features and benefits. Respond to customer inquiries related to technical aspects of building solutions. Generate quotes, proposals, and other sales documentation based on customer requirements. Take ownership of fulfilling sales target expectations. Work closely with the engineering, procurement and customer service teams to ensure value engineering of prefab building solutions. Stay up-to-date with new product features, updates, and industry trends to provide informed support. Able to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to building design.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, order management, project management and customer service) to ensure deliverables are met.

Offer post-sale technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.

Follow up with customer service to ensure proper installation and integration of products prior to handover.

Provide technical training and guidance to the sales team to help them understand product capabilities and competitive advantages.

Assist in creating sales materials, such as presentations, datasheets, and case studies, to support the sales process.

Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to increase market share and inform country and business unit strategies.

Work with the engineering team to communicate customer needs and feature requests in drawings, presentations and proposals.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field.

5+ years in a technical sales support or customer-facing technical role.

Experience in prefab building solutions / poultry keeping equipment is preferred.

Strong understanding of prefab building solutions, preferably in the livestock industry.

Proficiency in relevant software, systems, and technologies used in the sales and support process.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
