Logistic Executive (Requirements for Mandarin)
Handle daily customer inquiries and complaint resolution, respond promptly and follow up on progress; collect customer needs and feedback to drive the optimization of service processes; maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Document Management : review, entry and filing of core cold chain documents to ensure information consistency with actual business situations.
- Order Management : track the entire order process from placement to receipt, synchronize key nodes such as warehouse stock preparation and vehicle scheduling.
- System Operation Support : operate the logistics management system to complete order entry, status update and temperature-humidity data synchronization.
- Coordination and Execution : assist in supervising the daily service performance of third-party logistics suppliers, conduct statistical analysis on logistics operation data and provide feedback on optimization suggestions.
Requirements :
College degree or above; 1-2 years of working experience in logistics, customer service or related fields, with cold chain industry background preferred.Familiar with types of core cold chain documents and compliance requirements; proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word as well as logistics management systems.Strong service awareness and attention to detail verification; efficient cross-departmental communication skills and ability to promote rapid problem-solving.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
