Description
The Videographer & Editor plays a critical role in producing high-quality multimedia content that drives engagement and supports the department's goals. In this role, you’ll be behind the lens and in the edit suite, capturing the essence of every moment and translating it into content native to digital platforms.
1. Content Creation & Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content tailored for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
- Produce visually compelling content that drives viewership, enhances engagement, and supports client KPIs.
- Develop creative formats and visual storytelling approaches that keep content fresh, modern, and on-trend.
2. Post-Production Excellence
Execute professional-level editing, including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitling.Manage multiple editing projects concurrently, delivering high-quality outputs on time and on brand.Ensure consistency, technical accuracy, and alignment with each client’s visual identity.3. Creative Collaboration
Actively contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions with the Creative and Social Media teams.Work closely with copywriters, designers, and strategists to bring weekly content plans to life through strong visual storytelling.4. Technical & Workflow Mastery
Handle the full post-production pipeline, including media management, file optimization, and platform-specific formatting.Maintain an organized archive of video assets and project files for easy retrieval and future use.Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth execution across all stages of production.5. Efficiency & Resource Management
Maximize in-house production capabilities to reduce costs and turnaround time.Continuously improve workflows and editing processes to deliver top-tier work efficiently.6. Trend & Innovation Leadership
Stay ahead of platform trends, new tools, and evolving content formats to keep content relevant and effective.Propose and test experimental formats to push creative boundaries and boost audience reach and retention.Qualifications
Proven experience in video production and editing, with a strong portfolio of high-quality work.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or similar tools.Strong understanding of social media platforms and content optimization techniques.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.LI-EW1
