About the role :

PwC’s Acceleration Center Kuala Lumpur supports global and regional teams with high-quality delivery across business and technology consulting projects. We are looking for a Junior Associate / Associate with strong English and Japanese language skills to help deliver global projects. While not mandatory, basic familiarity with Salesforce administration is a plus. This role offers exposure to a variety of technology and functional consulting projects and the opportunity to build a long‑term consulting career with PwC. In this role the candidate might have daily contact with lower to middle level client staff for information and data collection and may participate in client meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a bilingual bridge for project teams : understand requirements and translate emails, documents, presentations, requirements, and user guides (English ⇄ Japanese).
• Provide offline interpretation / translation support for meetings, workshops, and status calls as needed.
• Support project delivery and coordination : prepare meeting agendas and minutes, track actions, manage schedules, and follow up on deliverables; maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports with high attention to detail.
• Contribute to technology enablement : perform data entry, basic configuration, and reporting in Salesforce under supervision (if assigned); support testing and user acceptance activities as needed.
• Assist with business analysis and PMO tasks : help gather and clarify requirements, draft user stories, and support simple process mapping; create client‑ready materials such as slides, summaries, and dashboards.
• Collaborate across teams and time zones : work effectively with stakeholders in Japan and global teams; provide flexible support to other technology or functional consulting engagements as needs evolve.

Japanese : JLPT N2 or above (N1 preferred) or equivalent business proficiency.
