Job Description Summary
The Service Sales Coordinator (Technical Services) plays a key supporting role in service sales operations for ANZ / NZ. This position is responsible for coordinating service contract renewals, managing end-to-end order processing, and ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity across systems such as SAP, ServiceMax, and SFDC ACE.
Acting as a key liaison between customers, country sales teams, and internal stakeholders, the Service Sales Coordinator ensures smooth operational execution, timely invoices, and high-quality customer support. This role also contributes to sales funnel management, revenue reconciliation, and data clean-up initiatives to maintain the accuracy of installed base and warranty records.
Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. The coordinator must be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Contract / Order Processing
Manage end-to-end order processing activities, including :
Instrument purchase orders and warranty set up in SAP-CRM
Customer Support & Communication
Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support smooth operational execution.
Assist service sales with funnel management and updating sales opportunities in ServiceMax
Coordinate with Logistics & Sales Team on delivery and operational matters
Actively participate in team calls to facilitate communication and resolve issues with internal stakeholders.
Data Accuracy & Documentation Organization
Requirements
