We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.
This role is responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns, supporting sales conversion, and ensuring Purcon's projects stand out in a competitive property market.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Campaign Execution
- Run campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, WhatsApp, and offline events.
- Implement retargeting, remarketing, and nurturing flows to move cold leads down the funnel.
Sales Support & CRM Follow-up
Coordinate with Sales to track lead quality and objections.Manage WhatsApp automations, call scripts, and CRM tagging accuracy.Monitor lead progress from interest → viewing → booking.Content & Creative Support
Assist in producing visuals, captions, short videos, and social media posts.Ensure messaging is consistent with project USPs.Draft, proofread, and refine content for clarity and call-to-action.Market Research & Buyer Insights
Track competitor launches, pricing, and promotions.Gather buyer feedback from sales team and surveys to refine targeting.Update buyer personas with latest demographic and psychographic data.Media Buying & Performance Tracking
Assist in setting up and monitoring ads on Meta, Google, and TikTok.Track CPL, CTR, lead-to-viewing rates weekly.Highlight underperforming ads and propose adjustments.On-ground Launch & Event Support
Prepare brochures, buntings, signboards, and videos for launches.Support execution of soft launches, roadshows, and exhibitions.Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Prepare weekly dashboards for management review.Document campaign results and key lessons.Suggest small-scale tests (copy, visuals, targeting) for constant improvement.Job Requirements
Qualifications :
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.Experience :
3–5 years in digital and offline marketing execution.Property industry experience is an advantage.Skills & Competencies :
Proficient in Meta & Google Ads, CRM tools (SAM preferred).Strong copywriting and content creation ability.Basic video editing and design skills (advantage).Attention to detail, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong team player – able to collaborate with Sales and vendors.
