Business Intelligence Analyst

About You

We are looking for a

Business Intelligence Analyst

to drive

data-driven decision-making

across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and has strong experience in

data visualization, reporting, and business insights . You will work closely with

cross-functional teams

to transform raw data into meaningful business insights, enabling

better strategies and operational efficiency . This role requires proficiency in

SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and analytics frameworks , with a deep understanding of business operations and key performance metrics. Your Day-to-Day Design, develop, and maintain

BI dashboards and reports

to provide real-time insights. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify

trends, patterns, and business opportunities . Work closely with

stakeholders

across departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations) to define reporting needs and ensure

data accuracy . Conduct deep-dive

ad hoc analyses

to support strategic decision-making. Develop

automated reporting

processes to improve efficiency. Ensure data integrity, governance, and best practices in BI reporting. Identify and recommend

process improvements

based on data findings. Your Know-How Bachelor's degree in

Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science , or a related field. 3–5 years

of experience in

Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related role . Strong SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets. Hands-on experience with BI tools such as

Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Looker . Familiarity with

Python or R

for data analysis is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Strong business acumen to translate data insights into

actionable recommendations . Ability to work in a

fast-paced, data-driven environment

with multiple stakeholders.
