We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a culinary staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for :
- Assisting in day-to-day food preparation
- Maintaining and monitoring food presentation
- Picking ingredients according to recipes
- Assisting in stock control of food and beverage
- Being detailed in food presentation
- Checking and monitoring the food counter
- Following proper food handling procedures
- Keeping the working area clean and maintaining cleanliness and hygienic practices in food preparation
- Cooperating and working in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance, and improvements of the quality management system
- Taking initiative to identify areas for improvement and participating in continual improvement activities
- Undertaking other jobs assigned by superiors from time to time
Requirements include :
Minimum Certificate in culinary or equivalent qualificationGood interpersonal and communication skillsBasic English is an advantagePreferred attitude :
