Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a culinary staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for :

  • Assisting in day-to-day food preparation
  • Maintaining and monitoring food presentation
  • Picking ingredients according to recipes
  • Assisting in stock control of food and beverage
  • Being detailed in food presentation
  • Checking and monitoring the food counter
  • Following proper food handling procedures
  • Keeping the working area clean and maintaining cleanliness and hygienic practices in food preparation
  • Cooperating and working in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance, and improvements of the quality management system
  • Taking initiative to identify areas for improvement and participating in continual improvement activities
  • Undertaking other jobs assigned by superiors from time to time

Requirements include :

  • Minimum Certificate in culinary or equivalent qualification
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic English is an advantage
  • Preferred attitude :

  • Responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent team player, self-motivated, well-organized
  • Committed to continuous improvement, actively promoting innovation and best practice, constantly seeking feedback
  • Working conditions :

  • Location : Kuala Lumpur International Airport
  • Working days : 6 days a week
  • Working hours : 7.5 hours a day
  • Salary : RM1700 - RM2000
