Requirements
- Minimum SPM with 1 Year experience OR Diploma in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good customer service.
Responsibilities
Review clients’ loan applications and supporting documents such as payslips, bank statements, EPF (KWSP), and identification documents.Assess customers' financial standing by checking income, existing commitments, and repayment capacity.Calculate Debt Service Ratio (DSR) to evaluate loan eligibility.Check clients' credit background through CCRIS / CTOS or internal systems.Ensure all required documents are complete and verified before submitting for final approval.Liaise with clients to clarify any financial information when needed.Work closely with sales and processing teams to ensure smooth application flow.Follow the company’s internal credit guidelines and compliance standards.Benefits
