Job descriptionManage local warehousing activities Packing for own delivery / courier pick up General stock cleanliness Delivery arrangements Planning delivery routes and maximizing no. of delivered packages on daily basis Stock delivery in Melaka, Tampin as required Timely update of delivery statuses to team lead Support merchandising deployment, set up, checking of merchandising materials, as required Provide feedback to salesperson on store situations (where applicable during deliveries to customer location(s)) Provide customer service and ensure that all pre-sales / post-sales issues brought up are triggered upwards to Head of Sales for further action to be taken Work closely with sales team to ensure delivery arrangements satisfies customer requirements and company SOP Perform administrative duties and report on job assignments on daily basis EPF / SOCSO Medical + dental benefits Positive work culture Staff purchase
Requirements
- Achieve at least SPM
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Strong Communication Skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient Time-management and Multi-tasking Skills
- Having a valid driver license
- Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm), Saturday half day (9am to 1pm)
