- Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm), Saturday half day (9am to 1pm)
Responsibilities
Manage local warehousing activitiesPacking for own delivery / courier pick upGeneral stock cleanlinessDelivery arrangementsPlanning delivery routes and maximizing no. of delivered packages on daily basisStock delivery in Melaka, Tampin as requiredTimely update of delivery statuses to team leadSupport merchandising deployment, set up, checking of merchandising materials, as requiredProvide feedback to salesperson on store situations (where applicable during deliveries to customer location(s))Provide customer service and ensure that all pre-sales / post-sales issues brought up are triggered upwards to Head of Sales for further action to be takenWork closely with sales team to ensure delivery arrangements satisfies customer requirements and company SOPPerform administrative duties and report on job assignments on daily basisBenefits
