QMS Senior Officer / Executive

Job Overview

To be responsible for the overall management of Quality Management System and its operations.

To manage and control documents and records to be compliance to the ISO standard.

To plan and conduct Internal Quality Audit & External Quality Audit.

To interface with customer and external bodies on audit activities.

Support the Company’s QMS certification. Lead and participate in internal, external and 3rd party audit.

Reporting the performance of QMS including environmental performance to top management.

Assist in all regulatory activities and ensure compliance on all Quality Management System (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485) and Environment Management System (ISO 14001, OHSA 45001, DOE, DOSH).

Responsible to promote Environment, Safety and Health within plant site by organizing, planning and implementing.

To improve, implement and maintain company Management System to fulfilling the Quality and Environmental standards and customer’s requirements.

Assist and follow up the corrective and preventative action responses.

To manage filing of all documents, both soft and hard copies, within the document control center.

To manage, apply and maintain the DMS portal.

To register all documents pertaining to statutory / regulatory requirement related to company Business operation.

To make reports timely as requested by superior.

To ensure a good filling system and achieving of documentation to ensure easy retrieval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any disciplinary or equivalent.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong presentation skills, strong teamwork and strong leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of multiple standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, OHSA 45001, ISO 14001 would be an added advantage.
