Collaborate closely with engineers to integrate insights into jig and fixture designs.

Design jigs, fixtures, and form tools for specialized manufacturing processes.

Monitor the status of jigs and fixtures on the production floor.

Create work instructions for First Article (FA) parts.

Manage and control jig and fixture inventory and documentation.

Identify and communicate potential design issues to the team.

Perform calculations for material selection, weight limitations, and cost estimations.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a degree from technical college is acceptable.

Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software.

Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

Receptive to feedback and able to maintain a positive attitude.

3-5 years of experience in new product introduction, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
