Job description
  • Oversee overall office management, including procurement of supplies, asset oversight, and facility maintenance.
  • Administer company vehicles and accommodations, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with usage guidelines.
  • Facilitate the acquisition of office equipment, engage with suppliers, and negotiate service agreements.
  • Coordinate company events, travel logistics, and maintain official records for seamless operations.
  • Provide supervision and direction to junior administrative staff in their daily tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support payroll processing, ensuring the accuracy of attendance, overtime, allowances, and statutory deductions.
