The Job
Our client is assisting one of the largest global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies in Malaysia. They have been in the market since 1986 and have consulted many large corporations across different countries. With a presence in over 60 delivery centers worldwide, they are now expanding their customer service team in Kuala Lumpur to support their client's Vietnam market.
You will be responsible for :
Maintains customer records by updating account information.Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller .Upsell & Cross selling skills in the hospitality business .Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approachAbility to present, persuade and communicate effectivelyExcellent knowledge of traveling softwareThe Profile
Vietnamese and English Speaking, Customer Service Level 1 (native or near native quality business English)Candidates with personal travel experience will be an advantage.Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is a must.Days : Rotational days off and shifts, as we might need to change anytime based on the business requirements.Work arrangement : Work at Malaysia Office (Kuala Lumpur)Willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur (Work VISA will be provided)The Employer
