Strategic Marketing & Go-to-Market Planning
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives aligned with the objectives of the Partnerships Distribution (PD) channel.
- Develop sales propositions and marketing strategies that support business growth and partner engagement.
- Oversee the creative development and quality assurance of promotional materials, digital content, advertisements, and other marketing assets.
Marketing Operations & Performance Analytics :
Ensure all marketing and sales support tools are aligned with product and campaign propositions and delivered within project timelines.Leverage data analytics to identify trends, optimize marketing strategies, and improve campaign performance.Track, monitor, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Event & Operational Oversight
Lead the planning, coordinate, and execute both physical and virtual events to support the PD channel’s engagement and visibility.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery and brand consistency.Support system testing, campaign fulfilment, and other operational marketing tasks as needed.Stakeholder Communication & Project Management :
Manage relationships with creative agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations between internal and external stakeholders.Prepare business proposals, budget plans, and presentation materials for internal reviews and external approvals.Job Specifications :
Degree in any discipline preferably in finance / marketing / business administration.Insurance qualification will be an added advantage.At least 5 years of relevant working experience in financial institution; preferably with experience in life insurance industry, product development and marketing proposition development.Strong Business Acumen and Sales and Marketing Management.Digital marketing and / or brand & communication relevant experience added advantage.Strong organizational and project management skills
