Job Summary
Responsible for managing and handling customer interactions to ensure efficient, effective, and excellent customer service throughout the logistics and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- FCL Export Booking – ensure that bookings are placed with the carrier nominated by Customs or the CCP. Diligently monitor and follow up until the shipment is confirmed Shipped-On-Board
- Customer's SOP full compliance – Adhere strictly to all customer-specific standard operating procedures, including meeting all deadlines stipulated by the customer within the process flow.
- Possess through knowledge of the process flow and export procedures for FCL, including a comprehensive understanding of all necessary shipping documents required for FCL exports.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Department to fulfil all departmental job requirements – both implied and explicitly stated with enthusiasm, timeliness, and a proactive approach.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.At least 3 years' working experience and knowledge in shipping & Logistics / Ocean Freight-Forwarding / Supply Chain Management.Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.Experience in Air-Freight export, LCL. Export, (Internal) Costing, Cost-capturing and (External) Billing, Invoicing to customer and The CCP are added advantages.Good computer skills.Highly responsible and a good team-member.
