Drive Business Growth :
Proactively identify and capitalize on new opportunities in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and renewable energy sectors. Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline through targeted prospecting, networking events, and market intelligence. Foster Client Partnerships :
Cultivate lasting relationships with key stakeholders, deeply understanding their technical challenges and commercial goals to deliver customized Riken Keiki solutions that exceed expectations. Excel in Technical Sales :
Utilize your expertise to conduct compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and consultations, ensuring our gas detection and safety equipment aligns perfectly with client requirements and regulatory standards. Master Quotation & Negotiation :
Develop precise, competitive quotations based on thorough analysis of inquiries. Lead negotiations to close deals on products, services, and contracts, maximizing value for both clients and the company. Stay Ahead of the Market :
Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging demands to refine our positioning and identify untapped opportunities for Riken Keiki's innovative offerings. What We're Looking For :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field – a background in gas detection, safety systems, or similar technical areas is a plus. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within oil & gas, petrochemical, renewable energy, or fire & gas detection industries. Track record of successfully managing sales pipelines, hitting growth targets, and closing high-value deals. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels. Readiness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support client engagements and business expansion. Bonus : Familiarity with gas monitoring technologies or a passion for safety innovation. What We Offer :
