Job description

We are looking for Language Interpreters :

English - Karen - English
English - Sorani - English
English - Somali - English
English - Hebrew - English
English - Nepali - English
English - Russian - English
English - Uzbek - English
English - Karen - English
English - Burmese - English
English - Hmong - English
English - Fuzhou - English

Period of Employment : Permanent / Open to Malaysian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or Valid Visa Holders

Working Hours : 40 hours per week, based on schedule, including permanent night shifts

Work Station : Work from home

Job Requirements :

Excellent command of English and respective native language (reading & writing)

Clear speaking with proper pronunciation, enunciation, and polite expressions in both languages

Must be able to work from home for 9 hours following the client's schedule, with shifts between 7 pm – 7 am (including a 1-hour break)

Own a stable internet connection (minimum 5MB download and 1MB upload)

Own a mobile phone (Android Version 6+ or iOS 12+)

Willing to work permanent night shifts, including public holidays and weekends

Salary and Benefits :

RM 30 per hour, approximately RM 4800 per month

Two rotating days off per week

Public holidays and off days as per the country served (US)

Paid replacement leaves

Job Description :

Answer calls promptly and interpret in a friendly, professional manner

Accurately convey concepts and meanings according to interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions

Speak clearly with proper pronunciation and polite expressions

Maintain professionalism during calls

Be punctual and available during scheduled work hours

Follow client instructions to meet expectations, avoiding interactions with LEP without permission

Focus solely on interpretation; no escalation or resolution duties
