Requirements
Education & Experience :
Minimum SPM; Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or the automotive industry is preferred.
Language Proficiency :
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Technical & System Skills :
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication).
Comfortable using online systems and willing to learn the JPJ eDereg system .
Communication & Interpersonal Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication.
Friendly, patient, and able to handle customer enquiries professionally.
Organizational Skills :
Able to multi-task and manage scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
Attention to detail for data entry and reporting.
Other Attributes :
Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work on Saturdays (5.5-day week).
