Hands‑on experience in opening and setting up new store locations. Ability to present business expansion proposals for new stores. Oversight of store expansion projects and progress. Excellent understanding of P&L statements, budgeting, and financial reporting. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple retail outlets.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure consistent customer experience across all stores.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute new store openings and expansions.
- Analyze and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) reports to ensure store profitability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve sales performance and efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and support store managers and teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor inventory, staffing, and cost controls across all branches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail standards.
