Overview

Human Resources Manager | Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Responsibilities

Deploying and upgrading environments
Ensuring the reliability and availability of systems
Issue identification and resolution
Automation tools
Account management and permissions
Integration with telephony systems (SIP trunking)
Data ownership and management

Preferred

Good relationship with telecommunications operators and call line providers.

Experience in container technologies (Docker / Kubernetes)

Knowledge / Experience in system monitoring tools (ELK / Loki / Grafana)

Knowledge / Experience in distributed cloud environments (On-Premise, AWS, Azure, Alicloud, etc.)

Requirements

Experience of call line management, such as SIP server / client.

Basic experience or knowledge in server hardware components

Experience or knowledge in operating systems (RHEL / CentOS, Debian / Ubuntu)

Package management (yum / apt-get)

Experience in configuring and deploying environments

Experience in k8s

Experience with Jenkins tools for CI / CD, Git Repository Gitlab

Experience in scripting using bash or other programming language

Onsite work : Menara The Stride, Bukit Bintang Center
