Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with the sales team to provide marketing support, including sales collateral, product training, and consumer insights.
Partner with the supply chain and distribution teams to ensure product availability and proper distribution in key retail outlets.
Market Analysis & Consumer Insights
Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and potential challenges.
Leverage data analytics to measure brand performance and adjust strategies based on insights (e.g., market share, customer satisfaction, and product usage).
Conduct consumer surveys, focus groups, and other research to gather valuable feedback and inform product development and brand strategies.
Brand Communication & Public Relations
Oversee the brand’s communication strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels (advertising, public relations, digital platforms).
Develop key messaging that aligns with the brand’s values and resonates with the target market.
Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Product Lifecycle Management
Monitor product performance and oversee the lifecycle of products from launch to end‑of‑life, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market demand.
Coordinate product launches, ensuring that all relevant marketing materials, channels, and promotional activities are ready for a successful introduction to the market.
Work closely with the R&D and product teams to inform product innovation based on consumer feedback and market analysis.
Budget Management & Reporting
Develop and manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across initiatives.
Track and report on marketing campaign performance, making data‑driven recommendations to optimize ROI.
Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership, including sales metrics, market share analysis, and campaign results.
