Executive / Senior Executive, Finance

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable / receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and financial discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Update sales report daily, check discount, CN and void bill, and ensure that collection records and sales reports are accurate.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare tax returns, and assist with tax audits.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
