About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations and Process Specialist to join our

team. In this role, you will focus on supporting key operational tasks, ensuring accuracy, maintaining seamless, and timely processes across our core business operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment. They will strive to achieve operational excellence and aspire to become a Subject Matter expert (SME) in various operational processes over time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry, system processing, and reconciliation of payslips, token grants, and vesting schedules
• Perform routine and ad hoc tasks to support the administration of compensation programs
• Upload and manage critical documents and data across platforms
• Follow established workflows meticulously to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement enhancements
• Work closely with colleagues across various teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet high standards
• Provide operational support to the team and help balance workload demands during peak periods
• Maintain detailed records of tasks, workflows, and updates to ensure consistent and transparent operations
• Assist in generating periodic reports to track progress and identify process efficiencies
• Develop expertise in specific operational areas to become a go-to resource for the team
• Stay up-to-date with tools and best practices to enhance the quality of work over time
