Operation Manager, E&M / Security

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager (must hold a valid Property Manager's License) to lead mall operations and drive successful delivery of key projects.

Key Duties

• Provide strategic leadership across E&M, Security, Housekeeping, Concierge & Tenant Management departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects, refurbishments, and tenant fit-outs, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Oversee defect rectification, handovers, and operational readiness for all initiatives.
• Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and best practices to strengthen operational efficiency and service quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment, enhancing tenant and shopper experience.
• Drive staff performance management, training, and capability building to foster high-performing teams.
• Act as a key liaison with senior management, contractors, authorities, and tenants to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide timely reporting, risk assessments, and solutions to support decision-making by mall management.
