What You’ll Do

Own key client projects – Scope, plan and deliver end-to-end project execution, from concept to launch

Coordinate with impact – Bridge & align clients, internal teams and vendors for flawless delivery

Define & negotiate – Spearhead proposals, agreements and strategic partnerships

Manage resources & timelines – Track, allocate resources and motivate the team

Monitor & report – Use tools to measure performance, manage project scope / changes, risks and escalate when needed

Build relationships – Be the main contact for clients and stakeholders; foster trust across the board

Champion process – Keep documentation sharp, processes smooth and standards high

What We’re Looking For

Degree in IT or related field

5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master with proven software project delivery

Passion for software / web / mobile apps. You love understanding how technology comes together (no coding required but you are vested in the process!)

Meticulous, analytical and pro at setting systems for top-quality results

Excellent communication - you connect teams, report clearly and write concisely

Strategic thinking - make effective trade-offs for on-time, high-quality delivery

Agile, SDLC or financial app experience is a bonus

Proactive, results-driven and able to inspire teams
