Digital Marketing Executive

Job descriptionDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years' experience in influencer or affiliate marketing (intern / full-time). Sharp communication and negotiation skills. Data-driven mindset; comfortable with analytics and reports. Self-starter who thrives on fast execution and measurable results. Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee / Lazada affiliate programs, or influencer marketing tools is an added advantage.
Job Descriptions :
- Identify and recruit affiliates / KOLs on TikTok, Shopee, Instagram.
- Negotiate terms, onboard partners, and manage long-term relationships.
- Plan and run campaigns end-to-end : briefs, content approvals, launch.
- Organize and execute affiliate-related events and activations.
- Track and optimize performance metrics to hit revenue targets.
- Spot and test emerging social-commerce trends in Malaysia / SEA.
- Collaborate with product and creative teams for integrated launches.
- Handle any related marketing tasks as needed to meet evolving business priorities.
